The company works on projects in the space sector, and provides satellite services, modern technology, simulators, educational technologies, space research, and consulting to governmental, security, and military agencies and to the community in the country.

The Global Space and Technology Company opened the research study to find the best locations in the Sultanate of Oman to establish spacecraft launch pads for commercial purposes. The opening was sponsored by His Excellency Dr. Hamad bin Rashid bin Salem Al Rawahi, CEO of the Communications Regulatory Authority, and in the presence of a number of figures from the state’s military and civil agencies and participants in the study. Research, as these editorial aims to start the company’s research study project, in order to find suitable sites for establishing spacecraft launch platforms for commercial purposes in the Sultanate, given the Sultanate’s capabilities that support the existence of such projects, such as its geographical location, climate stability, open air and sea space, security stability, and others. Among the components, these studied sites will be ready for the future of the Sultanate and promote it in the field of peaceful space and launching spacecraft.
2018 - 2019
The National Company and the CEO of the Global Space and Technology Company, Eng. Bahia bint Hilal bin Sultan Al Shuaibi, were selected to be the national communications point and representative of the Sultanate in the Space Generation Advisory Council, which aims to support space applications well. This is for the 2018 and 2019 exits.
2019
The founder and CEO of the Global Space and Technology Company received the “Inspiring Women Award 2019” from the Omani-French Friendship Association, for her achievements at various levels:
- Transferring and applying knowledge and technology in Oman
- Achievements and contributions in international forums through the United Nations and the Space Advisory Council.

The Global Space and Technology Company launched its educational products.
The first product: The Space Encyclopedia is an encyclopedic book to enrich the minds of all age groups. It is a key to questions and a valuable knowledge reference for one of the most important sectors of the modern era.
The second product: Space cards with augmented reality is an educational and entertaining product that includes 30 educational cards that work through a free application called “Space Exploration” on Android and IOS devices, and it enhances the love of space exploration among children so that they can go into the world of planets, moons, and astronauts. They interact with three-dimensional objects.
2020
A research study project was completed to find the best locations in the Sultanate of Oman to establish spacecraft launch platforms for commercial purposes. Appropriate locations were chosen for platforms for commercial purposes based on land, and platforms based on modern technology.
2021
The Global space and technology company was selected to win the Business Excellence Award for the year 2021 by the World Business Federation in Houston, Texas, after being evaluated internationally in terms of entrepreneurship, quality of products and services, management systems, innovation, creativity, corporate social responsibility and the outcome.
2022
The Global Space and Technology Company announced the signing of the usufruct right to the land to establish the “Space Habitat Center in Special economic Zone at Duqm,” which is a project that aims to create an environment to simulate living in space, such as Mars and the Moon, and to study the behavior of astronauts before joining manned space flights, as well as scientists and researchers to conduct their experiments in the space sector, artificial intelligence, and advanced technology.

The Global Space and Technology Company has an announcement about Zone 88 which is a scientific and economic zone dedicated to space industries and advanced technologies. It is in the Special Economic Zone at Duqm in the Sultanate of Oman.
